Position Overview:
You will be at the front line of our dynamic business responsible for maintaining the growth of new and existing customers. Growing our customer relationships by actively seeking new opportunities and taking enquires over the phone and email. Arranging stock and logistics whilst giving our customer the best customer service experience. Upselling the end-to-end service of Think Hire, while managing the customer journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve agreed conversion rates from quotation to order by ensuring that all enquiries are promptly followed through. When required, ensure all energy quotations are followed up with a courtesy phone call to answer any further questions or requirements that the customer may have regarding their energy proposal.
