Sustainable Product Design

Think Hire was created in response to the mounting carbon crisis in construction and infrastructure. Every energy system we build exists to answer one question: how do we power projects in the most environmentally friendly way?

Pollution Reduction Fuel, noise & air pollution reduction

All our units are designed to cut diesel consumption, reduce carbon footprint, and lower SO2, NOx, and PM emissions, alongside noise pollution.

Recycled Materials 100% recycled flooring across all units

All units have 100% recycled flooring supporting a circular economy with sustainable materials.

Sustainable Build Sustainably built product shells

Crafted just 38 miles from our HQ in the UK and delivered by EV truck. Short supply chains mean lower transport emissions and faster response times.

Local Industry Scaled-up production locally

We manufacture our new units at the partner facility in Kent, supporting local industries and further reducing our environmental footprint.

Battery Lifecycle Extended battery life

Our batteries have an extended usable life of up to 15 years, as we repurpose them for low-power applications after reaching 80% capacity.

Waste Reduction Recyclable materials

Our units use recyclable materials to minimise waste and landfill impact.

Solar PV Long-lasting solar PV

Designed to last 25 years, our solar panels ensure long-term clean energy production.

LCA Analysis End-to-end lifecycle analysis

We've conducted LCA (cradle-to-grave) assessments of our top 5 products to quantify environmental impact across the full life cycle. Results available Q1 2026.
