What is Think Safe? Think Safe is a comprehensive program designed to embed health, safety, and well-being in everything we do.

It includes a set of safety non-negotiables, regular stand-downs, safety audits and a dedicated app for reporting and feedback.

We've also established our colleague-led safety forum, promoting open dialogue and collaboration on safety topics.

 

In the first few weeks since the Think Safe launch, we've received an incredible number of observations and safety ideas, reflecting our team's commitment to a safer workplace.
