Think Hire Named in The Sunday Times 100 for Third Consecutive Year

Date: 07/06/26

Think Hire, a division of Think Energy Group, has been included in The Sunday Times 100 for the third consecutive year, confirming the company's place among Britain's fastest-growing private businesses.

The Sunday Times 100 is a prestigious annual ranking of Britain's fastest-growing private companies, supported by Barclays Private Bank, S&W, Oracle NetSuite, and Singer Capital Markets. The 2026 list recognises private companies that have sustained the highest compound annual revenue growth rates over a three-year period. The Sunday Times notes that this year's qualifying threshold remained demanding and that companies achieved their rankings in what it describes as challenging trading conditions.

Three consecutive inclusions reflects consistent commercial growth rather than a single strong year. For Think Hire, that growth is directly connected to accelerating customer demand for off-grid renewable energy, battery storage, and data-driven carbon management across construction, rail, highways, utilities, and offshore energy.

Neil Richardson, CEO and Founder of Think Energy Group, said: "Being named in The Sunday Times 100 for the third consecutive year is something I'm incredibly proud of. Three years on this list, in what the Sunday Times itself describes as challenging trading conditions, is a reflection of the consistent delivery of every single person in this business. It's also proof that the commercial case for off-grid sustainable energy isn't slowing down. Every year we grow, we develop new products and deliver new customer outcomes that demonstrate cleaner energy isn't a compromise on performance or cost. That's what this recognition means to me. The team has earned it."
